BOOKING WITH MONT BLANC RETREATS | HOW IT WORKS
Once you have found property you like, you can book it instantly in total security using our online booking system. Our availability is Live and up-to-date, so if the system shows the property to be available, then it is.

You may still have questions you need answering before you can make up your mind and book. Please be aware that our properties are available on Instant Book on certain websites, which means that if you haven’t put in a request for us to hold the property for you for then you could lose it. If you are close to certain you have found the right property, or if you have a question ahead of booking, then get in touch as soon as you can using the Ask A Question button on your property page.

If you would like to book a property you will be required to pay a non-refundable 30% deposit using a bank / credit card. Once you have made that payment, the property is booked for you and no-one else can book it.

The balance payment of 70% is due eight weeks before you are due to arrive. Your card will be debited automatically, unless you inform us that you would like to use a different card. If you do, we will send you a new Payment Link and you can enter new card details.

Once everything is paid for, we will send you the final Check-In information which explains how to find and enter the property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Bed linen for all the beds – please let us know how you want the bedrooms arranged (doubles or singles) ahead of your arrival
Towels – Your property will come with a large bath towel and a hand towel for every guest. Bath mats and dish cloths are also included
Bathrobes – If your property has a jacuzzi we will supply bathrobes for you too
End-of-Stay Cleaning – We ask that you leave our properties tidy, wash up your dishes and take the rubbish to the bins. All the cleaning beyond that is covered in your rental fee

CANCELLATION TERMS
As people who travel and rent properties ourselves, we understand that it is very important that we are all clear on what happens should you or we have to cancel a reservation. It is all detailed in our Terms & Conditions, but, just to make things simple and clear, here is a quick summary of the financial terms of cancellation.

If you cancel
Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who made the booking. An email is fine, but is only accepted as proof of cancellation once you have received a reply from us.
If you cancel:

  • More than 8 weeks before your arrival date, you forfeit the first 30%
  • Between 8 – 4 weeks before your arrival date, you forfeit 50%
  • Between 4 – 2 weeks before your arrival date, you forfeit 75%
  • In the last two weeks before your arrival date your forfeit 100%

If we cancel
In the unlikely event that we have to alter or cancel your accommodation, we will inform you as soon as we can and offer you alternative accommodation or a full refund unless the alteration or cancellation is due to forces beyond our control and amounting to ‘Force Majeure’.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
All our properties require a Security Deposit. The amounts vary depending on the property, and the amount is added to your reservation account the week before you are due to Check-In. Security Deposits are returned during the week after your Check-Out, provided there is no damage.
